AI/ML Processing

We use artificial intelligence and machine learning services to process your voice recordings and generate text:

  • OpenAI: Used for transcription of voice recordings to text
  • Claude (Anthropic): Used for other AI-assisted tasks within our Service

Your data is processed by these services according to their respective privacy policies and our agreements with them. We do not permit these services to use your data for training their models unless you explicitly opt in. Your voice recordings and transcriptions are used solely to provide you with the Service.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

  • Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account and for 30 days after account deletion
  • Voice Recordings: Retained until you delete them or close your account, plus 30 days for backup purposes
  • Generated Documents: Retained until you delete them or close your account, plus 30 days for backup purposes
  • Payment Information: Retained for the period necessary for tax, legal, and auditing purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytical purposes
  • Logs and Security Data: Retained for up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting purposes

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.
