AI/ML Processing

- Claude (Anthropic): Used for other AI-assisted tasks within our Service

We do not permit these services to use your data for training their models unless you explicitly opt in. Your voice recordings and transcriptions are used solely to provide you with the Service.

- Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytical purposes
- Logs and Security Data: Retained for up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting purposes
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.
